3. Picture yourself in the situation where you first became aware of the moment you observed. This can be a moment that just occurred, or an event from many years ago. Take a moment to take notice of everything around you. The people and objects who were present, the smells, your feelings, the energy in the room or surrounding space.

4. After you have a clear picture of the moment, set the intention:

I want to deepen my understanding of what occurred

5. At this moment, allow yourself to float away from the situation from a distant 3rd party perspective, away from all interactions. Change your viewpoint by allowing your distance viewpoint to zoom in and out, looking at the moment from above, from the side, from every angle imaginable.

Take notice of all of the dynamics in the moment.

How is the energy flowing in the room?

What direction is the energy moving?

How are other people engaging, reacting, changing in this moment?

How are YOU engaging, reacting, changing in the moment?
